CNC Turning

Our CNC Turning Division offers a wide range of modern multi-type, multi axis fixed and sliding head turning centres, designed to support support smaller batch and bespoke production, where skilled engineering is critical and high quality, specialist components are required.

The company is able to service a range from 1mm diameter to 400mm diameter with fixed head and sliding head machines.

Multi-axis lathes are programmed off-line using our universal CAM system.  Skilled engineers in this division programme largely on numerical controls.  Maximum productivity is assured by our sophisticated bar feed systems.

CAM programming systems mirror those in our Milling Division to assure synergy across departments.
